This is for editors who can see the gold before anyone else does.

Our editors have access to hours of raw founder footage.

Your role is simple and demanding:
• Find the gold
• Edit the gold
• Cut everything else

The best hook is not always in the first 3 seconds.
Sometimes it’s at 7:13.
Sometimes it’s after the pause.
Sometimes it’s when the founder’s voice shifts and the truth lands.

That level of discernment is required here.

What we’re looking for

• Editors who can watch long-form raw footage and instantly spot authentic hooks
• Deep understanding of retention psychology for mass audiences
• Ability to highlight real emotion and human truth without over-editing
• Mastery of short-form editing across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Respect for a founder’s voice, pacing, and story
• Fluent English comprehension and communication

What we are not looking for

• Newbies
• Junior editors
• Linear editors who only cut from the beginning
• Over-edited trend chasers
• Anyone who needs hand-holding

Our clients trust us with their reputation, story, and legacy.
We only place elite editors on founder accounts.

Rate: $30–$50 per video, based on experience and demonstrated discernment.
