Social Video Editor, Fintech

London, on site (7.30am start with early finish)

Up to £50K

Salt have exclusively partnered with a pioneering fintech business that is going through a period of growth. My client is building out an in-house creative studio and requires a social media video editor to join the team. You’ll be working across podcasts, social media channels including YouTube, and live shows.

The Role:

  • Contribute to building narrative and brand awareness through video content for all digital channels
  • Edit and repurpose video and audio content for various platforms including TT, YouTube, Insta and LinkedIn
  • Create short-form social content from long-form shows
  • Support live and post-show content creation
  • Collaborate with the team on recording, editing, and publishing workflows
  • Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and production quality
  • Maintain platform-specific standards and stay current with content trends
  • Work closely with producers, presenters, and the social team to deliver engaging content

The Person:

  • Proven experience editing video content for long and short form media.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms
  • Strong storytelling skills, with an eye for pace, tone, and structure
  • Confident video editing skills.
  • Thrives in a fast paced environment
  • Interest in fintech
