Pronto Pilates is transforming the Pilates industry by making high-quality, affordable reformer Pilates accessible to everyone. With over 10,000 members, our content department plays a crucial role in delivering engaging and professional Pilates classes. As we continue to expand rapidly, we’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team and bring our brand to life through dynamic, polished video content. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for visual storytelling, thrives in a fast-paced creative environment, and is excited to contribute to a mission-driven company redefining the future of Pilates.
Responsibilities

Supporting our Senior Video Editor in producing 45 minute Pilates classes every week.

Performing offline edits including:

Organising raw media files, assembling footage into a rough cut, and maintaining a well-structured project file system.

Syncing audio and video clips ensuring every element is aligned with precision.

Following established guidelines and templates to apply pre-set edits and transitions.

Contribute to online editing tasks such as:

Polishing and finalising edits for export, including color grading, audio leveling, and graphics.

Ensuring overall cohesiveness of the final product before delivery.

Utilise Adobe After Effects for light motion design tasks (e.g., title cards, lower thirds, callouts).

Collaborating with the Senior Editor to implement feedback and make adjustments as needed.

Efficiently archiving and managing digital files, ensuring content is highly organised and easily accessible for revisions.

Assisting in the overall post-production process, supporting the team with additional tasks as required.
Required Mindset, Skills, and Experience:

Essential
-
Fluent English language skills.
-
Advanced skills with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Audition.

Proficient in troubleshooting technical issues and problem solving.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable.
-
Takes initiative and communicates clearly — updates are expected without needing to be chased.

Basic graphic design skills.

Desirable
-
Proficient with the content management systems including BoxDrive and Notion.

Familiarity with Reformer Pilates is desirable but not essential.

Regularly submits polished edits in a timely manner, meeting quality expectations and deadlines.

Demonstrates initiative in suggesting workflow improvements.

Maintains clean project files and ensures all assets are easy to locate and understand.

This is a full time, flexible hours position where you’ll work remotely from the comfort of your home.
