What You’ll Be Doing

  • Edit weekly podcast episodes into polished, high-retention content
  • Produce 3-5 short-form Reels and teasers per episode for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
  • Collaborate with our videographer and marketing team to create social video that consistently hits 10,000+ views
  • Support our ads team with video creative that books calls, generates leads, and drives ROI
  • Develop hooks, headlines, and structures that stop the scroll and get engagement
  • Track performance data – views, watch time, conversions – and suggest optimisations
  • Bring fresh ideas and iterate quickly to improve results
  • Ensure all content aligns with our brand but always prioritises performance over polish

Who You Are

You’re a video professional who thrives on creating content that gets noticed and gets results. You know how to blend creative storytelling with data-driven decision making. You’re proactive, fast, and love working in a high-growth environment.

  • A proven track record of growing video-driven channels (podcasts, social, ads)
  • Deep knowledge of hooks, pacing, storytelling, and high-retention editing
  • Experience producing short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Meta ads
  • Confidence in reviewing performance metrics and optimising content accordingly
  • A drive to match the quality of top creators like Alex Hormozi or Steven Bartlett
  • Proactive communication, openness to feedback, and love for rapid iteration
  • A focus on delivering content that performs – not just looks good
