Job Position(s): Video Editor - Part Time (US Video Production, WFH)

 

Salary: P500 – P700 per hour

Schedule: 10:00 PM – 2:00 AM PHT

What are we looking for?

Skills Required:

• Adobe Premiere Pro Expertise – Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience editing short and long-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Storytelling & Editing Sense – At least 2 years crafting compelling narratives with strong pacing, hooks, and structure across various formats.
• Attention to Detail – 2+ years producing clean, polished edits with accurate captions, transitions, and synced audio/video.
• Familiarity with UGC & Viral Trends – Understanding of social media trends, especially in short-form platforms like TikTok and Reels.
• AI & Tool Adaptability –  Leveraging tools like ChatGPT, AI voiceovers, and keeping up with evolving video editing trends and platforms.

Nice to have:

• Adobe After Effects Skills – Ability to create motion graphics, flashy transitions, and meme-style edits for enhanced visual appeal.
• Repurposing Content Skills – Ability to turn long-form content into engaging short-form clips for multiple platforms.
• Corporate or Brand Video Experience – Background in editing testimonial, explainer, or promotional videos for business audiences.

What will you do?

• Edit short-form and long-form video content using Adobe Premiere Pro with precision and creativity.
• Add captions, transitions, sound effects, and light color/audio adjustments to enhance video quality.
• Collaborate with teams to shape narratives, condense transcripts into scripts, and ensure content aligns with brand messaging.
• Manage large video files, maintain organized local storage, and deliver final assets via platforms like Frame.io.
• Utilize tools like ChatGPT and AI voiceovers to streamline editing workflows and boost content engagement.
