We are a global leader in Lead generation and we power the growth of 200 clients across 15 countries in Europe & North America. Dolead runs paid marketing campaigns faster, integrates customer data with confidence and generates sales-ready leads at a fixed cost per lead. We’re looking to add to our team to support our growth in the North American market – you would focus on creating high-performing video ads for social and search campaigns.

Full-time remote from South or Central America – Freelance

Your missions:

  • Edit and animate high-performing, short-form videos tailored for paid media campaigns (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, Google)
  • Translate scripts, concepts, and performance briefs into creative visual executions
  • Apply brand guidelines rigorously to ensure consistency and quality across all assets
  • Iterate quickly based on campaign results and internal feedback
  • Proactively contribute creative ideas, concepts, and visual tests based on trends, brand direction, and performance insights

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of experience editing videos for ads, performance marketing, or branded content
  • Strong command of CapCut, Canva, and After Effects (Premiere is a plus)
  • Experience producing short-form videos for platforms like Meta, YouTube, or TikTok
  • Comfortable working on multiple brands and creatives at once
  • Skilled at designing ad assets from scratch by choosing appropriate colors, fonts, and visual styles without having brand guidelines
  • Also skilled at applying branded assets with client brand guidelines provided
  • Strong eye for branding, typography, layout, and motion
  • Data-informed mindset – Knowledge of ad testing and creative performance metrics. You’re curious about how your creatives perform and how to improve them.
  • Understand what makes performance ads work — from the hook to the call-to-action — and apply those insights to creative decisions
  • Bonus: Ability to work with voiceovers, AI-based tools for image & video generation, sound design
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable working remotely with an international team
  • Based in South or Central America and available full-time (freelance)
