Video Editor (Real Estate) – with AI Editing Skills

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor to join our real estate team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing for property listings, promotional content, and social media, along with hands-on experience using AI-based editing tools to enhance efficiency and creativity.

Key responsibilities:

1. Edit and produce high-quality real estate videos (property walkthroughs, client testimonials, promotional ads).
2. Utilize AI editing tools to automate workflows, generate engaging content, and improve turnaround time.
3. Add motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, and transitions to create professional outputs.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to deliver content aligned with brand goals.
5. Stay updated with the latest AI editing trends and tools.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Video Editor, preferably in the real estate industry.
Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, or similar).
Knowledge of AI editing tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika Labs, etc.).
Strong creative vision and attention to detail.
Ability to work under deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
