Video Editor/Motion Graphics Designer – Digital Production – Sole FMCG account – Surrey
Permanent role starting October/November
Hybrid working from our clients office in Kingston/Surrey and also for Craft London at Liverpool Street/London

YOUR ROLE
The Video Editor is responsible for editing assets for adaptation and localising global campaign FMCG toolkits from ATL agencies for predominantly the UK market. This Editor will work focus on digital assets such as social, e-commerce and some print POS. The role will be part of newly formed team focusing on the production of homecare brands for our client, working onsite.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
·Bring invaluable creative input to every project.
·Collaborate closely with external agencies under tight deadlines.
·Innovate boldly while respecting client brand guidelines.
·Continuously expand your expertise in post-production tools, embracing emerging technologies and workflows.
·Maintain rigorous quality control to ensure all output meets the highest creative and technical standards.
·Proactively seek ways to optimise resources, improve efficiency, and elevate team performance.
·Foster a positive, collaborative team culture and establish credibility both internally and with clients.
·Manage multiple projects simultaneously, setting clear priorities and staying calm under pressure.
·Embrace the evolving role of AI in post-production, exploring how new tools and technologies can enhance creativity and efficiency, and help shape the future of our craft.
·Take an active role in promoting our work across the network and industry, helping to raise the profile of Craft UK and celebrate our creative excellence.
·Contribute ideas and initiatives that improve how we work together, striving for smarter, more collaborative, and more agile workflows.
·Advocate for creativity as a standard of excellence, inspiring both colleagues and clients with your passion and dedication to outstanding work.
REQUIRED SKILLS
·Advanced skills in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with the creative vision and technical precision to craft high-quality edits and motion graphics.
·Solid working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator, supporting both video and motion design workflows.
·A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a natural drive to seek solutions, not just spot problems.
·Familiarity with emerging AI tools for editing, content generation, or workflow optimisation, and curiosity to explore new ways they can enhance creativity and efficiency.
·Strong understanding of digital and social media video requirements, including aspect ratios, platform specs, and best practices for audience engagement.
·Excellent organisational skills: able to manage project files, assets, timelines, and client feedback with precision.
·Ability to estimate post-production effort, plan timelines realistically, and communicate progress clearly to team members and producers.
·Highly collaborative, yet able to work independently and proactively when needed.
·Comfortable contributing ideas, giving and receiving feedback, and thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
·A genuine passion for creativity, storytelling, and the craft of post-production, always looking for ways to push work to the next level.
