About the job:

We are seeking a highly creative and technically sound video editor who excels at producing high-energy short-form content for social media. A good visual and communication sense is essential. Familiarity with AI tools like Veo, Kling, and Runway is expected to streamline and elevate the editing workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Edit engaging short-form video content for platforms like Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other social channels
2. Add dynamic transitions, motion graphics, subtitles, and sound design to create scroll-stopping videos
3. Repurpose long-form content into bite-sized highlights for better engagement
4. Use AI-based tools such as Veo, Runway, Kling, or others to enhance speed and creative output
5. Collaborate with the creative team to understand tone, brand, and audience needs
6. Stay informed on the latest social video trends and best practices

3. Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual rhythm

4. Experience or willingness to work with AI-powered tools for creative support

5. Good design intuition and attention to detail

Bonus points for:

1. Basic sound mixing, animation, or color grading skills

2. Experience working in fast-paced, content-heavy environments
