Video producers for one of the most read newspapers in the world are needed!

Our client is looking for video editors with strong writing skills to help their team build social media shorts and breaking news coverage on their website.

You will assemble recorded footage into a finished project that matches director’s vision and is suitable for broadcasting.

Ultimately, as a Video Editor, you should be able to bring sight and sound together in order to tell a cohesive story.

The role:

As a video editor, you’ll manage material such as camera footage, dialogue, sound effects, graphics and special effects to produce a final film or video product. This is a key role in the post-production process and your skills can determine the quality and delivery of the finished result. You’ll usually work closely with the director to achieve the desired end result.

What they need:

  • Excellent writing skills
  • Proficient editing with Adobe premiere
  • Photoshop
  • Ability to film
  • Knowledge of current affairs, showbiz, TV, sport
  • Be able to work under pressure
