Who are you? Here’s who we are. We’re a small fast-growing start-up Digital Marketing Agency. If working hard, learning constantly, working directly with our Founder Paul and being given lots of responsibility in a short space of time sounds scary or doesn’t appeal to you, then please do not apply. This is not the role for you. On the other hand, if you’re looking to join a fast-paced hard-working team, where you can take ownership of your work, progress quickly and grow with our business, and reading this excites you, then you should definitely apply.

So, which are you? We create social media ads for E-commerce brands. Brands that deliver products directly to your door. This role requires somebody creative who is obsessed with learning. The art of pulling somebody out of their trance of doom scrolling and showing them a hook they cannot help but pay attention to, then a video they cannot help but watch, and finally an offer they cannot help but buy, is no easy feat.

But when your creation does exactly that, it’s rewarding. Ideally, you already have experience creating social media ads for E-commerce brands and words like hooks, headlines, CTAs (call-to-actions), pain points, etc. sound familiar. If not, but this still sounds interesting, and you’re willing to learn and have the foundational skills, then let’s go. We’re not interested in CVs, we’re interested in portfolios.
