We’re looking for a sharp, boundary-pushing Video Editor to help shape the next era of Kester Black. You’ll be hands-on with everything from TikToks to long-form YouTube edits, crafting scroll-stopping content that brings our brand to life with energy, emotion, and a healthy dose of cool. How you’ll make an impact

As our in-house video editor, you’ll bring ideas to life across a range of digital channels, editing everything from punchy paid ads and snackable Reels to thoughtful brand films, interviews, and behind-the-scenes content. Working closely with our creative and marketing teams, you’ll help evolve and express the Kester Black 2.0 identity through dynamic, versatile storytelling.

What you’ll do

• Edit and deliver engaging short- and long-form video content for social, web, paid, and organic channels

• Shape storytelling for different platforms — from TikTok trends to cinematic YouTube features

• Work with creative and marketing teams to deliver consistent, elevated brand experiences across all content

• Adapt edits to different formats, specs, and audiences

• Manage your own editing workflow and timelines with confidence

• Proactively source and suggest music, motion design, and visual treatments to elevate each piece

• Bring fresh energy, good vibes, and ideas to a tight-knit, highly creative team

What you’ll bring

You’re an experienced video editor with a deep understanding of how to balance creativity, storytelling, and audience engagement. You bring concepts to life with clarity, style, and technical finesse — and you’re always exploring new ways to elevate the edit, enhance performance, and connect emotionally with viewers.

You’ll also bring:

• Proven experience editing video content across social, paid, and brand channels — ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle brands (portfolio required)

• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, with a strong grasp of video production workflows from ingest to export

• A strategic understanding of platform formats and audience behaviours across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• A refined visual sensibility — you know how to cut, colour, and pace content that feels polished, premium, and on-brand

• Strong storytelling instincts, with the ability to shape narrative structure and maintain brand tone across different formats

• Exceptional attention to detail, paired with the organisational skills to manage multiple deadlines and fast turnarounds
