About the internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to develop compelling video concepts and storyboards that effectively communicate our political messaging.
2. Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos that align with brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
3. Enhance video content using motion graphics, visual effects, transitions, and sound design to elevate production quality.
4. Stay current with video editing trends, tools, and techniques, bringing fresh and innovative ideas to each project.
5. Manage multiple video projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards and meeting tight deadlines.
6. Actively contribute ideas and feedback to improve video content, production workflows, and overall creative impact.
7. Maintain a well-organized file and asset management system to ensure easy access and proper archival of all video content.

Stipend:

INR₹ 12,000 – 40,000 /month

Skills required:

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro and Video Making

Other Requirements:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects

2. Working knowledge of Final Cut Pro (optional but preferred)

3. Strong understanding of video editing principles, pacing, and storytelling

4. Experience with motion graphics and basic sound design

5. Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment

6. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work

7. Familiarity with organizing and managing media assets efficiently
