This is not an observation-based internship. You’ll be actively editing real videos that are published across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns. Your work will directly contribute to brand visibility, engagement, and growth across the Pearl Lemon Group.

Position Overview

As a Video Editor Intern, you will support Pearl Lemon’s content and marketing teams by editing video content for social media, websites, internal projects, and client-facing campaigns.
You will work closely with content creators and project leads to transform raw footage into polished, engaging video assets while adhering to creative briefs and brand guidelines.

Core Objectives

• Produce high-quality video content aligned with brand standards
• Support consistent content output across multiple brands
• Improve editing speed, accuracy, and workflow efficiency
• Contribute to engagement and content performance goals

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content using Adobe software (Premiere Pro required; After Effects a plus)
• Cut, trim, and assemble raw footage into final videos
• Add captions, transitions, sound, and basic motion graphics
• Optimise videos for different platforms (social media, web, ads)
• Follow creative briefs and brand guidelines
• Implement feedback and revisions efficiently
• Manage files and maintain organised project folders
• Support multiple video projects simultaneously

Hands-on experience using Adobe video editing software

A portfolio or sample work is strongly preferred.
