About the Role

Industri Media Group is expanding! We’re on the hunt for a highly skilled and creative Video Editor to join our Brookwater-based team full-time.

This role is perfect for an experienced editor with a strong background in real estate media, brand storytelling, or SaaS-style commercials. From high-energy house videos to polished agent branding shoots, you’ll play a key role in bringing property and people to life through content.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Editing property videos, agent branding reels, and commercial-style content across multiple campaigns

• Working closely with our Head of Media, producers, and clients to deliver creative outputs on deadline

• Collaborating with videographers and the wider creative team to maintain our high-quality standards

• Organising and managing project files and editing workflows to keep our pipeline flowing

• Implementing modern editing styles and storytelling techniques that align with market trends

What We’re Looking For

• Proven background working in real estate videography/Editing or similar fast-paced content environments

• Advanced skills in FinalCut or Adobe Premiere Pro

• Strong knowledge of pacing, storytelling, colour grading, and sound mixing

• Bonus if you’ve worked on agency/agent brand shoots or tech-style ads

• Exceptional eye for detail, strong organisation and a proactive attitude

• Ability to work autonomously and thrive in a high-output, creative environment

• A collaborative spirit that enjoys bringing ideas to life with a team

You’ll have Access Too

• A mac studio (Strong proficiency with macOS and Apple systems is essential)

• All editing softwares, licence tools & editing assets supplied

• Work within a creative editing team
