Role Overview:We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can produce engaging and high-quality content for our brand. The ideal candidate will be responsible for editing videos, creating visually stunning designs, and developing content that resonates with our audience across social media platforms, ads, and website. Key Responsibilities:Video EditingEdit high-quality fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube, and ads. Add animations, transitions, and sound effects to make videos engaging. Work closely with the marketing team to create performance-driven ad creatives. Optimize videos for different platforms and formats. Maintain brand consistency in every video. Graphic DesigningCreate compelling social media posts, banners, flyers, and ads. Design visuals for offline marketing campaigns such as brochures, standees, and posters. Develop creative concepts and storyboards for campaigns. Ensure all designs follow Thrust Fitness’s brand guidelines. CollaborationWork with the content and marketing teams to brainstorm creative ideas. Stay updated with fitness industry trends and social media design trends. Requirements:Proven experience as a Video Editor & Graphic Designer (1-3 years preferred). Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro (Video Editing) After Effects (Animations) Photoshop & Illustrator (Graphic Design) Canva (Basic designs) Strong portfolio of past work (videos + graphics). Knowledge of social media trends, especially Instagram & YouTube. Creativity and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork skills. Good to Have:Experience in fitness or lifestyle industry. Knowledge of 3D animations or motion graphics. Understanding of performance marketing creatives.
