Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor who is passionate about creating high-performing video ads for Meta, TikTok and other paid channels. If you thrive at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing, have an eye for trends, and know how to turn raw UGC into scroll-stopping ads that make people click “Buy Now” — this is the role for you. Responsibilities * Edit and optimize videos tailored for different platforms (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram) * Transform raw UGC footage into polished, high-converting ad creatives * Use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (and AI generative tools) to enhance visuals with music, captions, effects, and graphics * Develop and iterate on templates, storyboards, and video specs for multiple campaigns * Apply best practices in performance marketing to maximize engagement and conversions * Produce both rough and final color-graded videos under tight deadlines * Continuously explore new editing techniques and industry trends to push creative boundaries Qualifications * Have 1–2 years of video editing experience, ideally within digital marketing and paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube Ads) * Be fluent in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop (Illustrator a plus) * Have experience editing UGC ads for D2C brands or performance-driven campaigns * Know how to hook attention in the first 3 seconds and drive action with clear CTAs * Understand pacing, captions, storytelling, and ad psychology for digital platforms * Be comfortable working independently from loose briefs while also collaborating with teams * Stay ahead of TikTok/Instagram short-form content trends and leverage them in creative work * Have a foundational knowledge of performance marketing strategies and how creative impacts results * Be fast, curious, and detail-oriented, with strong English communication skills Salary Depending on the volume and the complexity of the task, the expected cost for the batch is €55–120 Location Fully remote Perks * You will make a difference with your work, helping HealthTech products thrive, leading to over 6.5 million people living healthier lives, and unleashing your inner drive for innovation. * As a startup accelerator, we have 30+ different brands and are continuously expanding, giving you the flexibility to shape your career as you see fit.
