We’re looking for a Senior Video Editor to join our creative team and bring stories to life through powerful, high-quality edits. This is an editing-first role, focused on turning raw footage into polished, emotionally resonant content that grabs attention and communicates a clear message.

Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of edits from raw footage to final delivery.
• Edit both short-form and long-form content with strong narrative flow, pacing, and tone.
• Add subtitles, supers, light motion graphics, and effects when needed.
• Perform color grading to maintain visual consistency and enhance brand look.
• Export and format content for multiple platforms and presentations.
• Organize footage, maintain edit files, and manage version control.
• Collaborate with producers, PMs, and creative leads to ensure smooth workflows.
• Review deliverables for clarity, audio, formatting, and brand consistency.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in video editing (agency or production background preferred).
• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects/motion design is a plus).
• Strong storytelling skills: ability to balance story, tone, and visual clarity.
• Excellent sense of pacing, transitions, and visual flow across different formats.
• Impeccable organization and detail orientation.
• Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in feedback-driven, collaborative teams.
