You’ll join a data‑driven growth team, learn directly from our top US e‑com video editor, and apply proven playbooks to the Spanish market. You’ll iterate fast on hooks/angles, read performance data (CTR, hold, CPA, ROAS/NC‑ROAS), and scale winners. What You’ll Do * Paid‑social ad editing: UGC/testimonials/demos/founder pieces in 9:16, 1:1, 4:5; deliver 2–4 hook variants per concept. * Cutdowns & versioning: Remixes, ES‑ES localizations, subtitles/captions, supers, CTAs; export to each platform’s specs. * Creative testing: Partner with growth to plan hook/angle/offer tests; respond to dashboards and iterate quickly. * PDP/lifecycle assets: Short PDP videos, GIFs, reels, email/social snippets adapted for Spain. * Collaboration: Work tightly with media buyers, copy, designers, and PMs; absorb feedback and hit deadlines. Requirements * 3+ years editing for DTC/performance marketing (portfolio of paid ads required). * Expert in Premiere Pro (or DaVinci/FCP) + working After Effects/CapCut; captions & light motion graphics. * Strong grasp of DR structure: Hook → Problem → Solution → Proof → Offer/CTA. * Comfortable reading results (hold, CTR, CPA, ROAS/NC‑ROAS) and proposing data‑backed edits. * Spanish (C1+) and English fluency; excellent titles/captions/CTA instincts for Spain. * Organized: naming/version control, rights‑safe music, Drive/Frame.io hygiene.
