3. Collaborate with marketers, designers, and performance teams to align visuals with strategy and conversions.
4. Experiment boldly with transitions, formats, AI tools, and storytelling techniques to keep campaigns ahead of trends.
5. Elevate every frame- ensuring videos not only look premium but feel premium.
6. Champion performance-driven design, tying edits directly to leads, showroom visits, and revenue.
7. Own the craft of editing, pushing beyond ‘execution’ to become a visual strategist in every project.

Other Requirements:

1. 1 year of video editing experience, ideally with luxury, lifestyle, or b2b brands.

2. Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent tools.

3. A storyteller’s eye- able to balance creativity with strategy, aesthetics with conversions.

4. Curiosity and adaptability- always exploring new formats, platforms, and editing innovations.

5. Self-motivation- someone who takes ownership, brings fresh ideas, and doesn’t need micromanagement.

6. Empathy and collaboration- understands client needs, works seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
