We’re on the lookout for a talented Video Editor & Digital Content Creator to join a high-performing marketing team dedicated to showcasing luxury travel experiences—from sleek yachts and serene river cruises to unforgettable land journeys. You’ll be central to transforming stunning footage into emotionally powerful, platform-ready content that sparks curiosity and drives engagement across social, digital, and broadcast channels.

What you’ll be doing:

• Editing and producing high-quality videos and digital assets tailored for a global audience
• Turning brand campaigns, TVCs, and hero content into compelling, mobile-first social and digital formats
• Creating native content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta, and digital display media
• Adapting and localising global assets for regional campaigns and specific calls-to-action
• Using tools like Adobe Creative Suite—and exploring new AI tools—to supercharge workflow and creativity
• Collaborating with brand, design, content, and digital marketing teams to storyboard, A/B test, and optimise video content
• Acting as a go-to expert on digital content best practice across an international team

What you bring to the role:

• 3+ years’ experience in video editing and digital content production—agency or in-house studio
• Solid experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator
• A sharp eye for detail and a passion for high-quality storytelling
• Confidence creating for multiple channels and adapting to trends, tones and formats
• Organisational flair and the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience working within brand guidelines, yet curious and open to creative innovation

Bonus points if you have:

• Experience working with luxury, lifestyle, or travel content
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Express, Figma or motion graphics templates
• Experience with SRT files and AI tools for video editing
• A collaborative mindset and experience working across global teams
