With a strong foundation in real estate content, we’re expanding rapidly into commercial, branding, and high-end creative productions – and we’re looking for a skilled Video Editor to join our core team.

Role Overview

As a member of our editing team, you will be responsible for collaborating in crafting polished and engaging video content across a diverse portfolio of clients. From real estate promos and corporate reels to branded content and short-form social media videos, you’ll bring raw footage to life with finesse. This is a hands-on creative role that requires technical excellence, attention to detail, and the ability to manage fast turnaround times.

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Editing and colour grading short-form and long-form video content in DaVinci Resolve

• Syncing and cleaning audio for interviews and talking-head pieces

• Crafting real estate showcase films, corporate promos, and social content

• Creating social-media-ready exports and vertical cuts for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok

• Collaborating closely with producers, directors, and camera ops to meet client briefs

• Managing assets and backups within our post-production pipeline and file structure

• Maintaining brand consistency and high production value across all outputs

We’re Looking for Someone With:

• 2+ years experience in video editing (freelance or agency)

• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve (essential) – including multi-cam edits and colour workflows

• Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, and commercial editing styles

• Basic audio editing skills (voice cleanup, compression, music mixing)

• Ability to work efficiently to deadlines and adapt to client feedback

• A keen eye for detail and composition

• Bonus: Experience in motion graphics or After Effects

• Bonus: Familiarity with real estate or corporate content editing

• Bonus: Experience with shared storage workflows and collaborative editing
