You’ll collaborate with creative, editorial, and branded content teams to capture high-energy, trend-savvy videos that resonate with audiences in the Retail, CPG and QSR space. This role blends production and post-production-you’ll jump behind the camera, capture engaging footage, and craft it into polished, platform-optimized stories that keep viewers coming back.To be considered, please include a link to your profile or portfolio that highlights your video content and digital storytelling work.What You’ll DoLead editing and post-production for short-form, social-first video content and recurring series-delivering work that’s platform-optimized and visually compellingOperate camera equipment for both in-studio and on-location shoots, capturing high-quality footage for branded content and organic social campaignsCollaborate with creative teams to develop concepts, storyboards, and episode outlines for ongoing social seriesEdit footage, add music, dialogue, graphics, and effects to create engaging, trend-aware videosReview scripts and raw material to create shot lists and ensure logical sequencing, pacing, and storytelling flowContribute to on-set production needs, including lighting, sound, and direction when neededStay on top of social platform trends, emerging video formats, and editing techniques to keep content fresh and engagingPartner with cross-functional teams to ensure creative alignment and consistent brand voice across all video contentWho You Are3-5 years of proven experience in video editing, with a portfolio of short-form, social-first content and seriesAt least 1-2 years of hands-on production and camera operation experienceA strong understanding of camera operation, composition, lighting techniques, and framing is essential.
