What You’ll Tackle Daily

In this brand-new role, you’ll be at the forefront of digital content creation, while also gaining exposure to paid ads and production support. Here’s a taste of what you’ll be doing:

• Edit long-form and short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube

• Repurpose podcasts and YouTube content into engaging short clips

• Create graphics, captions, and transitions to boost viewer retention

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine hooks, pacing, and flow

• Support video production setup including lighting, sound, and cameras

This role suits a creative storyteller with a passion for digital media and a knack for simplifying complex ideas into compelling visuals.

What You Bring to the Table

•  2-3 years’ experience in video editing

• Strong video editing experience with a standout portfolio

• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro

• Knowledge of motion graphics and animation tools like After Effects

• Understanding of storytelling, pacing, and platform-specific hooks

• Experience with social media and paid ads editing

• Technical know-how in colour grading, sound mixing, and multi-cam workflows

• Familiarity with production setup including lighting and audio

• A hunger to learn and innovate
