Job Position(s): Video Editor (Basic VFX & Motion Graphics) - Internship

 

About the internship:

Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Edit and assemble short-form videos (15-60 seconds) & sometimes long-form videos for various social media platforms in alignment with client goals to maximize engagement, occasionally producing professional, high-quality podcast episodes.
2. Collaborate with the creative team to develop fresh and engaging content ideas for short-form videos and podcast segments to keep the audience interested.
3. Incorporate text, graphics, and basic VFX, motion effects to enhance viewer engagement (e.g., subtitles, transitions, animations) and request 2D/3D/GIF (paid) assets if needed to elevate the content quality.
4. Make use of our massive paid & premium stock asset library provided to you for free to create high-quality motion graphics & videos.
5. Manage and organize raw footage, project files, and deliverables to ensure an efficient editing workflow and timely delivery.
6. Implement client feedback quickly and accurately, ensuring final outputs meet both internal and client standards to maintain high-quality results.

2. can work from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm Indian Standard Time (as the company is based outside of India & their local work timings are 12:00 pm – 8:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (Victoria))

Stipend:

INR₹ 17,000 – 23,000 /month

Skills required:

Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Video Editing, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Video Making, Audio Editing, Blender 3D, English Proficiency (Spoken), English Proficiency (Written) and DaVinci Resolve

Other Requirements:

1. Must have prior experience with editing short-form videos (TikTok, reels, YouTube shorts) and/or long-form/podcast episodes.

2. Proficiency in video editing software, particularly Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.

3. Familiarity with basic audio editing to remove noise, balance audio levels, and integrate music.

4. Experience in adding subtitles, captions, and basic motion graphics to videos.

5. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and adapt quickly to feedback.

6. Strong communication skills and a keen eye for storytelling and detail.
