The project manager provides effective management of our custom projects to ensure the execution of field operations to meet or exceed our clients? expectations of quality, safety and delivery. The ideal candidate has a focus on project management, technical or business-related curriculum, with at least 5 years experience in a construction environment.*Overview*Project managers provide effective management of projects to ensure the execution of field operations to meet or exceed our client?s expectations of quality, safety and delivery. All functions and responsibilities are performed in accordance with Aryze’s values and beliefs.*Responsibilities** Plans the construction project and prepares a construction schedule and budget in conjunction with the site supervisor; collects and negotiates subcontractor quotes* Works with the site supervisor to get the project completed on time and within budget* In depth understanding of contract drawings and specifications and ensures the construction scope is built in accordance with the latest set of documents* Identifies scope changes, if any, between ?issued for construction? drawings and ?tender? package drawings* Processes contemplated changes r
