*Job Overview*We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee complex projects across our Agricultural Division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects while ensuring they meet organizational goals, deadlines, and budget constraints. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in multiple project management methodologies and tools. The Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results aligned with strategic objectives.*Responsibilities** Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.* Lead project planning sessions and coordinate requirements gathering with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.* Manage project execution by assigning tasks, supervising team members, and ensuring adherence to project management methodologies.* Conduct risk management activities to identify potential issues early and implement mitigation strategies.* Oversee vendor management activities including negotiations and performance monitoring to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.* Manage project timelines through effective time management and organizational skills.* Ensure quality management standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.* Facilitate change management processes to adapt project scope or objectives as needed while minimizing disruption.* Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to project implementation processes.*Skills** Proven experience in IT project management with a strong understanding of project management methodologies* Strong leadership abilities with supervising experience in managing diverse teams across multiple projects.* Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly to stakeholders at all levels.* Expertise in requirements gathering and requirements management processes.* Vendor management skills including negotiation and performance evaluation.* Data analysis skills for data collection and interpretation to inform decision-making.* Experience with product management and product development processes is desirable.* Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
