*Job Summary*We are seeking a talented and personable Brow Artist to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for enhancing clients’ natural beauty through expert brow shaping and tinting techniques. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, sanitation, and retail sales, ensuring clients leave satisfied and confident. The Brow Artist will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment while delivering high-quality brow services.*Duties** Perform professional eyebrow shaping, waxing, tinting, and grooming treatments tailored to individual client needs* Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client preferences and offering personalized recommendations* Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all tools and work areas to ensure client safety* Educate clients on brow and lash care, maintenance, and available retail products to enhance their experience* Assist with retail sales by recommending suitable products and upselling when appropriate* Keep treatment areas clean, organized, and well-prepared for each appointment* Build lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals*Experience** Prior experience in eyebrow artistry, makeup, body waxing, or related beauty services is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate* Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere* Knowledge of sanitation protocols and best practices in a beauty or spa environment* Retail sales experience is a plus, with the ability to confidently recommend products to clients* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this roleJob Type: Part-timePay: $20.75-$49.39 per hourExpected hours: 5 ? 15 per weekWork Location: In person
