CASTING CALL (Non-Union, Student Film)
SYNOPSIS:
I’m Dead, Bro is a short film about two social media influencers, DAVIS and STU, who, after witnessing a murder, are being chased down by an unknown assailant. While on the run, Stu has the only working phone and Davis is desperate to call for help. However, rather than immediately calling the cops, Stu goes full vlogger mode and live-streams the situation. Things take a turn for the worse when Stu disappears and Davis must act quickly to find help.
DAVIS, 20-25 (Male)
Has been friends with Stu since middle school. He is the more analytical and responsible of the two. Prides himself on being very strategic and really cares for others. He is very charismatic, yet soft-spoken.
STU, 20-25 (Male)
Runs a “Kenny vs. Spenny”-esque Instagram account with Davis. Extroverted, talkative, enjoys being the centre of attention. Believes he is the king of social media. He is flamboyant, energetic, and is willing to do pretty much anything for likes and followers.
CHASER, 20-30 (Male)
A large, intimidating, strong figure.
