Your New Role:
We are looking for a qualified UX/UI developer who can understand our business requirements and implement the best design interfaces for our stakeholders.
The UI/UX developer will also be expected to support any new application development, dashboard, or report based on sitemaps, user flows, customer journey maps, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Your Role Accountabilities:
- With the support of UX/UI designers, collect and analyze stakeholders’ requirements.
- Responsible for developing high-quality user interfaces tailored to key audiences.
- Ideate on new and unique UX concepts based on business requirements.
- Create prototypes and present UX demonstrations to internal stakeholders.
- Take charge of the design development of assigned products from concept to launch (entire product lifecycle).
- Develop and execute short- and long-term plans.
- Partner regularly with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment.
- To show design concepts, use storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps.
- Menus, tabs, and widgets are examples of visual user interface components.
- Make page navigation buttons and search fields.
- Make UI mock-ups and prototypes that demonstrate how dashboards function and look.
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches, and tables)
- Internal teams and significant stakeholders should be given rough drafts to review.
- Identify and fix user experience issues (e.g. responsiveness)
- Make layout adjustments based on user input. Follow the requirements for typeface, color, and image style.
- High-performance reusable components and future-proof front-end frameworks.
- Create new user-facing features as well as reusable code.
- Write efficient, performant code to achieve optimal web application performance and scalability.
- Identify design flaws and provide attractive remedies.
- Assuring software compatibility and responsiveness across a range of screen resolutions.
- To reach your objectives, collaborate with product managers and designers.
- Collaboratively participating in the code review process and aiding other team members
Qualifications & Experiences:
- BA/BS or MA/MS in design related field, or equivalent experience (relevant degree subjects)
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering products in cross-functional teams from start to finish.
- Expert knowledge of at least one programming language such as HTML, CSS, or JavaScript
- Deep understanding of user-centered design methods and best practices.
- You can produce results independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
- Self-motivated, a good communicator, able to balance great design while meeting short deadlines.
