Sr Manager, Analytics

Your Role Accountabilities: 

• Strategic Planning: Develop a comprehensive Analytics strategy aligned with the organization’s business objectives. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance system performance and improve efficiency.  

• Team leadership: Lead and mentor the Analytics team, providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that values continuous learning and development. 

• Analytics: Drive innovation in data analytics processes and methodologies to optimize business performance. Design, implement, and maintain robust analytics solutions across the entire organization. 

• Continuous Improvement: Define processes and standards to increase the quality and reduce the time of the deliverables. 

• Stakeholder management: Build long-term, strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Maintain a strong understanding of the business function.
