Short Form Video Editor – Motion Graphics Specialist

The Role

We’re seeking a creative and technically skilled Short Form Video Editor specializing in motion graphics to join our dynamic team. You’ll play a crucial role in our content acceleration initiatives, creating compelling visual stories that drive engagement across our ventures 

What You’ll Do

• Design and produce high-impact short-form videos (15-60 seconds) for social media platforms, including Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn
• Create sophisticated motion graphics, animations, and visual effects that align with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
• Collaborate with our marketing, design, and AI teams to develop content strategies for internal ventures 
• Transform complex B2B and technical concepts into engaging, digestible video content
• Work closely with our internal platform teams to create explanatory and promotional content

What We’re Looking For

Essential Skills:

• 1/2+ years of experience in video editing and motion graphics design
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Strong understanding of motion design principles, typography, and color theory
• Experience creating content for social media platforms with knowledge of platform-specific requirements
• Portfolio demonstrating proficiency in both B2B and B2C content creation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Cinema 4D, Blender, or other 3D animation software
• Knowledge of AI tools and workflows in creative production
• Understanding of growth marketing principles and metrics
• Experience working with tech startups or venture studios
• Familiarity with SaaS and technology industries
