Your New Role…

Step into the world of entertainment with Warner Bros. and help shape unforgettable first impressions as Senior PtP Analyst!

This position exists to support the Procure to Pay (PTP) workstream of Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD).  The person will have overall responsibility for performing PTP functions involved in maintain PTP processes, ensuring Sox compliance, maintaining a robust controls environment, providing updates/reporting of overall Procure to Pay operations.

Your Rol e Accountabilities…

• Deliver work class/proactive customer service to internal and external stakeholders while adhering to company policies and procedures

• Support PTP process to ensure operational success (including invoice entry, approver follow up)

• Monitor staff and system activity to ensure processes and systems are working efficiently

• Assist with clarifying technical issues with invoices and Purchase Orders in financial tools

• Support integration and onboarding of new acquisitions into WBD processes and systems

• Support PTP system changes and improvements, including testing and training

• Serve as a subject matter expert in PTP processes & technologies (SAP ECC/SRM, SAP S4, Ariba)

• Supporting the transition of processes to a new financial tool

• Act as PTP project manager, as directed by leadership, for system initiatives across PTP technologies

Hybrid Working – This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
