Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Screenwriter to collaborate on the next draft of our feature film, Solace. The project is currently in development with a completed outline and early draft. You will work alongside the Producer and Director to refine structure, character arcs, dialogue, and pacing. This is a paid, contractual role.

Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze existing treatment and draft
• Provide feedback and creative input
• Rewrite and polish scenes and dialogue according to project needs
• Collaborate remotely with the production team via scheduled video meetings
• Meet mutually agreed-upon deadlines for deliverables

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in screenwriting for film (samples required)
• Produced credits or competition placements preferred
• Strong knowledge of story structure, character development, and visual storytelling
• Collaborative attitude and open to notes/revisions
• Ability to work independently and meet project milestones
