Real Estate Videographer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Real Estate Videographer to join our dynamic team at Explore Property Mackay. As our Real Estate Videographer, you will play a crucial role in showcasing our client’s properties through high-quality video content, helping us to attract and engage prospective buyers. This is a full-time position based in Mackay, Queensland.

What you’ll be doing

• Capturing and producing cinematic, high-definition marketing videos of residential properties

• Creating other marketing videos for the office and individual agents as required

• Editing and post-producing videos to a professional standard, incorporating music, voiceovers, and other visual effects as needed

• Ensuring that all video content adheres to our brand guidelines and meets the expectations of our clients and customers

• Staying up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience in real estate videography or a similar role in the advertising, arts, or media industry

• Strong technical skills in video capture, editing, and post-production using industry-standard software and equipment

• A keen eye for detail and an ability to translate client requirements into visually compelling video content

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with our marketing team and property agents

• A passion for real estate and a desire to showcase properties in the best possible light

• An individual with their own camera and related equipment and a reliable vehicle
