We are looking for an intern to join our Production and Post-Production team. We create content for audiences big and small, reaching billions of people every day. Our team oversees Unscripted Production and Post Production on all Hulu Originals and the Walt Disney Alternative Studio projects, current and in development. This entails working cross functionally both internally and externally with our studio, production company, and producing partners, to ensure all shows are delivered on schedule and budget, mitigating any problems that arise.

This is a full-time internship and the approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026. If selected for this role, you will report directly to Vice President of Production. A cover letter indicating your interest for the Hulu and Walt Disney Alternative Studio Unscripted Production/Post Production Intern, Spring 2026 position is required.
What You Will Do
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Assist Production and Post Executives and Administration on 50+ projects which include Unscripted Series, Documentaries, and Doc Series in various stages of Development, Prep, Production, and Post Production
- Get familiar with and maintain production related documents required for filming
- Build projects off existing information to be used for overview, comparison, and research purposes
- Assist in building and maintaining production related documents for individual show use
- Communicate with Production Offices/ Studios to ensure all policies and documents are being handled
- Cross-collaborate with internal departments regarding production updates, ensuring internal documents consistently have the most current information
- Opportunity to meet with other platform/network departments to hear about their roles and experience
- Attend and help set up internal and external meetings
- Maintain digital files and assets on department server and online database
Required Qualifications & Skills
- A strong interest and excitement in the Production/Post-Production world
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong time management
- Sense of urgency
- Tech Savvy
- Strong Microsoft Suite and Google Suite skills
- A relentlessly collaborate and positive attitude and the ability to work under pressure is required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working in Airtable
- Previous experience working in budgeting software such as Movie Magic
- Experience working onset at a student production or professional production
- Previous entertainment experience including Film/TV classes, student films, internships, etc.
Education
- Junior or Senior year preferred
- Current student or recent graduate studying Film/Video Production, Communications, Business, or related
Eligibility Requirements & Program Information
Candidates for this opportunity MUST meet all of the below requirements:
- Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree taking at least one class at time of application OR currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Internship. Current Disney Interns, College, International, or Culinary Program Participants: You may only work for ONE consecutive year (12 months) in any combination of an internship and/or program.
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess unrestricted work authorization

Additional Information
- Able to have a consistent, reliable work schedule throughout the internship
- The approximate dates of this internship are January 2026 through June 2026
- Fully available Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6pm PT for the duration of the internship, 40 hours each week
- Able to provide own housing for the duration internship program in the Burbank, California area
- Able to provide/have reliable transportation to/from work
The pay rate for this role in California is $22.50 per hour.
