- Assist with the setup and breakdown of production equipment and sets.
- Coordinate logistics, including transportation and scheduling of crew and equipment.
- Manage inventory and distribution of production supplies.
- Support the cast and crew with their needs on set during filming.
- Document production progress by taking notes and capturing photos when required.
- Help in organizing and archiving production materials and documents.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in film, media, or related field is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, often high-pressure environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of production equipment is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
