Production Assistant

• Assist in the preparation and organization of production materials and equipment.
• Coordinate logistics for production shoots including transportation and scheduling.
• Support the production team in the day-to-day operations and administrative tasks.
• Monitor and manage inventory of production supplies and equipment.
• Upload and organize production footage and assist in file management.
• Communicate with vendors, clients, and team members to ensure smooth production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Basic knowledge of film and video production processes is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with production software.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
