SULLIVAN’S CROSSING LIMITED S2 INC. is currently seeking a Production Assistant for our upcoming series, SULLIVAN’S CROSSING. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a well-established production company and work on a highly anticipated show.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing support to the production team in various tasks. Your main responsibilities will include assisting with administrative duties, coordinating schedules, managing paperwork, organizing equipment, and providing general production support as needed.
The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. Previous experience in a production assistant role or similar position is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and emails
– Coordinate schedules and appointments for the production team
– Manage paperwork, including contracts and release forms
– Organize and maintain production equipment
– Provide general support to the production team
– Assist in the set-up and breakdown of filming locations
– Handle errands and other production-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications:
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Previous experience in a production assistant role or similar position is preferred
– Knowledge of the film industry and production processes is a plus
This is a full-time position based in Halifax, NS. The working hours will vary depending on production needs, including some weekends and evenings. The production dates for SULLIVAN’S CROSSING are from September 1 to December 15.
