We are seeking a passionate Product Manager to streamline their current bidding process, then shepherd the development of a next-generation web application.
 
If you have a passion for technology and an understanding of the creative process in VFX, Animation, or Video Games, this is your chance to make a real impact on critical VFX workflows.

In this pivotal role, you’ll:

• Bridge the Gap: Translate user requirements from internal VFX teams into actionable development tickets, working closely with the Scrum Master.
• Drive the Vision: Contribute to the product roadmap in partnership with the Product Owner, shaping the future of their bidding systems.
• Manage Delivery: Oversee project schedules with the Scrum Master and development team, ensuring timely and efficient progress.
• Shape the System: Collaborate with the Product Owner on the functional and architectural design of new and existing systems.
• Empower Users: Create and maintain clear documentation and training materials, and conduct training sessions for internal VFX teams.
• Be the Go-To: Serve as a key point of contact for user inquiries, bug reports, and feature requests, channelling feedback into improvements.
• Understand the Workflow: Conduct user interviews with VFX artists, producers, and other stakeholders within their internal VFX operations to deeply understand their bidding needs and challenges across various projects.

What you can bring to the role:

• 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager or Product Manager.
• Experience in or strong familiarity with VFX, Animation, or Video Games production pipelines and terminology.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex user needs into technical requirements.
• Experience working with software development teams in an Agile environment.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
