Hi all, looking for an editor with experience of product/technical promo footage. It’s a corporate product shoot and the videos will be for online marketing usage. Not narrative storytelling. You’ll essentially be doing an assembly edit of the best bits from the shoot for us to send to the client.
BECTU rates for online/promo content according to experience and ability.
Likely to be 5 days of your time editing. These 5 days may not be consecutive as we need time to send the assembly edit to the client, receive feedback and then edit again based on the feedback. Most definitely would be Mon 26th and Tues 27th. Maybe also Wed 28th. Then the remaining 2/3 days would be after feedback was received.
Provisional Dates:
Monday 26th August (ingesting and assembling rushes from our first day of shoot on Sunday 25th Aug)
Tuesday 27th August (ingesting and assembling rushes from our final day of shoot on Monday 26th Aug)
Possibly: Wednesday 28th Aug (editing day)
Send off assembly edit for feedback.
2 more days editing according to feedback.
We are based in Northampton, we have an editing facility set up so would prefer that the editor come to us. I understand that the time and dates of this booking are strange as it isn’t a solid block booking, but if it is something you can accommodate please email me to discuss more!
