Who are we?
Netflix is one of the world’s leading entertainment services with over 260 million paid memberships in over 190 countries enjoying TV series, films and games across a wide variety of genres and languages. Members can play, pause and resume watching as much as they want, anytime, anywhere, and can change their plans at any time.
It’s no secret that we want to entertain the world. In order to do that we first must hire and develop the best people, starting with university students.
If you have a passion for solving challenging problems and are excited at the prospect of having a significant impact on productions that over 260 million viewers tune into, then we want to talk to you.
We are looking to host two interns on the Scripted Series Post Production team during Summer 2024. The Netflix Scripted Series Post Production team provides a white-glove experience in all aspects of Post starting with development through delivery of our series. During the process we collaborate with our internal cross-functional teams (Creative and Production Executives, etc.), our external partners (Content Creators, Producers, and Editors, etc.), as well as vendors across the Post Production ecosystem, ensuring our members experience the best version of every show, sparking joy around the world.
As an intern, you’ll assist in facilitating departmental needs and will participate in a program that provides training and development intended to give you the skill set necessary to become a strong candidate for future entry-level positions in Post Production.
You do not need prior experience to apply; once you submit your application, you’ll receive an email inviting you to complete your application by filling out an Airtable form. You’ll also be asked to submit a 300-word-maximum statement of intent (preferably in PDF format) within the form using the following prompt: Write a statement about why you are specifically interested in a Post Production internship, including why content creation appeals to you personally and what you hope to get out of this experience.
This posting will be open for a very limited time and will be closed for new applications by February 9, so if you’re interested, please submit your application as soon as possible.
