Pilot – Toronto – Crew Call

A harrowing tale of Jorja, a 17 year old girl assaulted and left for dead, and her 20 year journey to retribution.

Background: This is a female-written script being co-produced and self-financed by the writer for a pilot pitch. There is a budget in place to make this absolutely awesome, but with the scope of the actors, highly expensive locations, complex make up artists and special effects needed, there is a more or less limited budget for remaining crew positions. I didn’t decide the budget (so don’t shoot the messenger) but I can tell you that it’s a very effectively resourced and expertly produced project thus far.

That said, days will range from 5-6 hours on Friday, 8-10 hours on Saturday, and 10-12 hours Sunday which is the most complex shooting date between Cambridge and Toronto, with 2-3 hours spent on travel. So it’s pretty light.

Gaffer- $175/day
1st AC- $160/day
Sound mixer/boom op -$200/day
