Performers Call Out (Paid):

We are looking for Physical Actors or Actor Musicians based in Kent, UK for a research-based interdisciplinary project uniting researchers, artists, and performers to co-create an R&D performance.

We are interested in performers who

• Have experience in Physical Theatre or Movement-based performance

• Are interested in working collaboratively

• Are comfortable with improvisation and devising process

• Have voice/harmony or singing experience

• Have any musical instrument experience

• Available for both weeks of Rehearsals

• Believe that having fun is a must!

Desirable

• Puppetry experience

• Experience working with children or facilitating workshops

Key Dates:

Application Deadline: 24th November, Monday 10 AM

Rehearsals (University of Kent)

16 – 20 February, 2026

23 – 27 February, 2026

Performance (Aphra Theatre, University of Kent)

27 February, 2026 Evening (Time TBC)

Total Fees: £1202 (2 weeks, ITC Rates).

We cannot offer Travel cost, accommodation and per-diems due to budget constraints. Apologies.
