Photographer / Videographer & Social Media Content Creator (Full-Time)

Client Connect Australia and Tradie Marketers are on the lookout for a creative all-rounder to join our growing team ideally full-time but open to part-time for the right candidate. If you’re passionate about creating high-impact visual content and love building brands online, this is your opportunity to step into a hands-on, fast-paced role.

Based in our Castle Hill office, you’ll be on-site regularly, shooting content for clients—predominantly in the construction industry, but also across a mix of niches including retail, wellness, and professional services.

What you’ll do:

• Shoot and edit photo and video content for websites, ads, and social media

• Visit client job sites for on-location content (construction, retail, etc.)

• Capture aerial footage using drone photography and videography

• Manage and grow client social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and more)

• Plan and schedule engaging content that aligns with each brand’s goals

• Create short-form content for Reels, Stories, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts

• Collaborate with our marketing and web team

What we’re looking for:

• Experience with mirrorless/DSLR cameras, lighting, and audio

• Skilled in video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or similar)

• Experience with drone photography and videography (licensing a plus)

• Confident using Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, and scheduling tools

• Strong understanding of what works across social platforms

• Excellent time management and multitasking skills

• Driver’s licence and willingness to travel for shoots around Sydney

Bonus if you also:

• Have experience creating content for tradies or service-based businesses

• Are comfortable filming interviews and testimonials

• Own your own gear (not essential, but a bonus)
