Job Title: Real Estate Videographer/Editor Location: Auckland Job Type: Full Time Start Date: 1 May About Us: We are a growing real estate photography and videography company known for producing high-quality visual content that helps properties stand out in the market. We work with top agents and developers across the region, delivering cinematic videos, stunning photography, and impactful marketing materials. The Role: We are looking for a skilled Videographer/Editor with a passion for real estate visuals. This is a hands-on role that involves filming properties (interiors, exteriors, drone), editing content to a professional standard, and working creatively with our team to produce standout marketing assets. Key Responsibilities: ● Film and photograph residential and commercial properties using your own professional gear. ● Operate a drone safely and professionally for aerial footage. ● Edit video content using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with advanced knowledge of: ○ Time-ramping ○ Motion tracking ○ Sky replacement (video and photo) ○ Object removal ● Edit photographs using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom. ● Ensure consistent visual style across projects. ● Deliver final content within tight deadlines. ● Work independently or with a team, depending on the project. Must-Have Requirements: ● Full NZ Driver’s Licence, Own reliable vehicle. ● CAA Part 102 Drone Licence ● Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate photography and videography. ● Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop. ● Must own your gear, including: ○ Camera capable of 4K 50p, 10-bit recording ○ Wide-angle lens ○ Zoom lens (70–200mm or 100–400mm) ● Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment. Bonus Points For: ● Experience with real estate floor plans or 3D walkthroughs. ● Colour grading skills in DaVinci Resolve. ● Motion graphic design or title animation.
