We have a fantastic opportunity for a highly organised and detail-oriented Personal Assistant to join the private office of a leading British actor and producer. You’ll work closely with senior team members to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a fast-moving, collaborative, and engaging environment.

This position would suit someone who enjoys working in creative environments, whether in film, music, production, the arts, charitable foundations, media, or similar. Someone who understands the demands of supporting a public-facing figure, but is just as comfortable operating behind the scenes to help everything run seamlessly.

This is a hybrid position, with Monday, Tuesday and Thursday based in the Central London offices. The office is lively, supportive and sociable. The core hours are 9am – 6pm Monday-Friday with flexibility required depending on the Principal’s schedule.
