Investor Relations Assistant needed for micro-budget indie movie

We’re looking for an Investor Relations Assistant to add to our film team. We’re producing a SAG Ultra Low Budget indie feature, scheduled to shoot August 2019. Financing will be raised February through June.

The Investor Relations Assistant will support all aspects of fundraising and investor relations.

Key responsibilities will include: managing the client communication process, and assisting with client onboarding. The successful candidate will have a strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate is a business-minded professional who embraces new challenges, and is motivated to go above and beyond.

–Assist in client Investor Relations calls/meetings
–Maintain new client reports and assist with client onboarding
–Support of the client communication process – maintain client email lists, facilitate communications related to film/market events.
–Must be impervious to rejection.
–Can work from home but must be able to attend events in the LA area.

Payment will be deferred until the financing is in place, and of course, you’ll get a credit on a feature — but the main reason to get involved is because you get excited about this and want to be a part of it.
