A string trio is required to record violin, viola, and cello parts for three original tracks on an upcoming album in the popular music genre. Each track is approximately 30 to 40 seconds long and will need to be tracked twice to achieve a rich, layered sound. Full charts are provided, and the project is remote, allowing musicians to collaborate from their own studios. The parts are musically straightforward but demand a cohesive ensemble sound and professional recording quality. This opportunity is ideal for experienced string players who excel in remote collaboration and can deliver polished results within a short timeframe.
Responsibilities
- Record violin, viola, and cello parts for three original tracks, each 30–40 seconds in length
- Perform two takes of each part to create a full, layered sound
- Collaborate remotely, ensuring tight ensemble playing and consistent tone across all tracks
- Deliver high-quality audio files in the required format
- Work from provided charts and adhere to the musical direction of the project
- Complete the project within a few hours, meeting the urgent timeline
