We’re looking for a Midweight Designer and Video Editor with a sharp creative eye, a strategic mindset, and a strong grasp of what works on Instagram and TikTok. In this role, you’ll work across multiple clients and brands, helping shape and create content that connects with audiences, drives engagement, and stands out on social. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
As our Social Media Graphic Designer and Video Editor, you will be responsible for the following:
- Developing creative concepts for social content across various client brands
- Designing and producing content including static visuals, reels, and short-form videos
- Filming in-house content such as short-form video, behind-the-scenes footage, and product demos
- Staying current on TikTok and Instagram trends, audio, and formats
- Translating each client’s brand voice and goals into bold, engaging content
- Collaborating with digital strategists and the client service team
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
As the successful candidate you will have:
- 4 + years of experience in design, content creation, or social-first creative roles
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and TikTok best practices
- Experience filming and editing content, even with basic in-house setups
- Proficient in creative adobe suite (Photoshop, Indesign, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
- Strong skills in Canva is a plus
- Strong portfolio showcasing social-first motion work, especially for TikTok and Instagram
- A strategic mindset with the ability to think beyond visuals and into purpose and audience
- Ability to work across multiple clients with varied tones and visual styles
- Comfortable adapting quickly, working independently, and trying new ideas.
